Without You, I'm Just Me
So yesterday was pretty fun. Chilled at home, waiting for Marky Marc to get out of school so we could head over to hollywood for Travie’s and Pete’s gallery. While we were driving, i took some shortcuts but missed the freeway entrances but turned out streets were was faster. So that was a big ol’ plus. After we got on melrose, we walked over to the gallery and waited a good 30 minutes which wasn’t really that bad. We got to hang out with Travie more than Pete cause Pete was in the back making some art that one lucky raffle-e won. So around 8:20-30 we were just like, well, we got what we came for, saw Travie and Pete and got pics with Trav and we were just like ,”fuck it, lets just chill til 9. We went to go give Pete some love as he was writing on the walls and thats when I looked up and my jaw dropped. I turned to Marcus and was like, “OMFG, Cassadee’s here!” I definitely needed another picture with her and this was perfect. She just got there and wasn’t surrounded by a mob of groupies. So I walked around with Marcus and we went up to her. I was so nervous. Seriously, Ren, if you read this, you have no idea how nervous i was. But anyways, I was able to talk to her and asked her if she remembered me. This is how the conversation went.
Excerpt
Me: Hi Cassadee. Can I take a picture with you?
Cass: Yeah totally.
Me: I don’t know if you remember, but I was the guy who made a shirt that said I <3 cassadee.
Cass: Ohh yeah. You tagged me on Myspace and I had that picture as my wallpaper for a while. Until my phone got full and I had to delete it.
That fersure made my night. First seeing her and then finding out that she had us (me+cass) as her wallpaper for a while on her phone so she saw me everytime she looked at it. I felt so red after I got the picture. Ahh, i <3 her.
Then to ruin the night, I got a parking ticket. yup. Lame. Kinda mad on the ride home.
But, just seeing Cassadee again in person just made the night so much better.
